The warranty period is from the date you receive.
We only replace new cell for free due to the failure of manufacturing.
Before the shipment, we will detect the cell voltage/resistance/appearance and other issues. we can only ensure that single cell is good before the shipment.
When arrival you can test the cells within 1 week. If you find any problems, please contact us for refund or replace. Any return behavior buyers need to be responsible for shipping fee.
Note:
The Lifepo4 HTHIUM 3.2V 280Ah battery are original Grade-A cells with clear QR code. For easy assemble, we will weld M6 studs on the cell. Each battery will send 1 pcs copper busbar and 2 pcs nuts. Batteries are shipped from China, and the price includes shipping and import taxes！

Warranties only apply to original owner and are non-transferrable. We will verify your purchase prior to processing any warranty claims or returns.
If it is determined that our product is obviously faulty, we will ship new product to you immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping. This does not apply to items that have been damaged due to gross negligence, normal wear & tear, improper installation or abuse.
